Arcade Hospitality – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all reservations and tenancy agreements made through Arcade Hospitality, governing the relationship between the guest/tenant (“Guest”) and the property management team (“Arcade Hospitality”). By making a booking, confirming a reservation, or occupying a property, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.


1. Reservation & Payment Terms

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or initial payment.
  • Monthly rentals must be paid in advance by the agreed due date each month. Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees or termination of the lease.
  • Rates and availability are subject to change until confirmation is issued.


2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email) and acknowledged by Arcade Hospitality.
  • Full refund of any deposit or prepaid amount (including the security deposit) will be granted if cancellation is made at least 3 (three) days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit part of the deposit, depending on the specific property agreement.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of confirmed cancellation.


3. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be required prior to occupancy. The amount will be specified in the booking agreement.
  • This deposit covers potential damages, missing items, or unpaid charges.
  • The full deposit amount is refundable, provided:
  • No damage is found at the end of the stay
  • No items are missing
  • All outstanding balances have been settled
  • The deposit will be returned within 14 business days after check-out or termination of stay.


4. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From [Specify Time] on the scheduled arrival date
  • Check-out: By [Specify Time] on the scheduled departure date
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


5. Property Use & Conduct

  • The property must be used for residential purposes only unless prior written approval is granted for other use.
  • The maximum number of occupants must not exceed the number specified in the reservation.
  • No parties or events are permitted without prior written consent.
  • Guests must respect the privacy and peace of neighbors and the local community.


6. House Rules & Maintenance

  • Guests must maintain the cleanliness and condition of the property throughout their stay.
  • Any damages or maintenance issues must be reported immediately to the property manager.
  • No alterations, installations, or renovations may be carried out without written approval.
  • Smoking is prohibited indoors unless otherwise specified.
  • Pets are only permitted with prior approval, and additional cleaning fees may apply.


7. Utilities & Services

  • Utilities (electricity, water, internet, gas) may or may not be included in the rental rate. Please refer to your specific booking agreement for details.
  • Routine maintenance services, including cleaning, pool, and garden care, will be provided as per the terms of your stay.


8. Liability

  • Arcade Hospitality is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the guest’s stay.
  • Guests are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance for personal belongings and travel disruptions.
  • Guests will be held liable for damages to the property, furnishings, appliances, or common areas caused by negligence or misconduct.


9. Termination of Stay

  • Arcade Hospitality reserves the right to cancel or terminate any reservation or tenancy agreement without refund in the event of:
  • Misuse of property
  • Violation of house rules or terms of this agreement
  • Non-payment of dues
  • Illegal activities
  • Guests may also terminate their stay early, though refund terms will follow the cancellation policy outlined in section 2.


10. Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rented property is located.
  • Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with local laws and through the appropriate legal channels.
